“The Learner with Performance Problems” (Nicole Roberts) November 22, 2011 (Lindegren 310)
Research on learners with performance problems at SIU will be presented. Then participants will learn Gordon’s Prerogatives Model as an approach to dealing with their own learners with performance problems.

1) Identify the prevalence of learner performance problems
2) Discuss a model for identifying learners with performance problems
3) Adapt the model to their own practice
